Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Agility Coach to serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, driving team maturity and enabling high-performing Agile teams within a SAFe environment. This role focuses on coaching Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver value, improve flow, and adopt Lean-Agile principles across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile coaching, with a strong ability to influence teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coach Agile teams in self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide teams toward higher Agile maturity using SAFe principles and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and iteration events (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support PI Planning preparation and execution.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to maximize value delivery.
• Establish and maintain Kanban boards to visualize work and improve flow.
• Drive adoption of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Flow, and BDD.
• Promote Built-in Quality practices and continuous delivery.
• Measure and optimize team performance using OKRs and flow metrics.
• Coach teams on transparency, communication, and trust-building.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration within the ART.
• Support Release on Demand and dependency management.
• Mentor team members to develop T-shaped skills and continuous learning mindset.
• Act as a Lean-Agile Leader, modeling Agile values and principles.
• Coach stakeholders and non-Agile teams on effective Agile engagement.
• Participate in Communities of Practice (CoPs) and support SAFe Practice Consultants.
• Ensure proper use of IP Iteration for innovation, planning, and improvement activities.

• Mature Agile teams with improved delivery performance and predictability.
• Successful PI Planning and ART alignment.
• Improved flow, quality, and team collaboration.
• Transparent reporting through information radiators and metrics.
• Continuous improvement through retrospectives and Inspect & Adapt (I&A) events.

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in large enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityInsights.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ICAgile certifications.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced SAFe certifications:
  • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) 6.0
  • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) 6.0
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) 6.0
• Experience with SAFe Studio.
• Proven experience coaching across multiple Agile teams and ARTs.
