Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience recruiting for technologies including Java, AI/ML, Python, Web Development, Engineering roles, Project/Program/Product Managers, ERP systems, and MS Dynamics 365. This is a remote opportunity supporting clients based in Georgia, Alabama, or Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Engineering roles

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions

• Hire for roles including:

  • Java Developers

  • Python Developers

  • AI/ML Engineer
  • Web Development

  • Engineering Professionals

  • Project Managers

  • ERP Consultants

  • MS Dynamics 365 Experts

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking techniques

• Conduct initial HR and technical screening

• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality hiring

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment

• Strong experience in hiring for Java, Python, ERP, MS Dynamics 365

• Experience hiring Engineering and Product/Project Management roles

• Hands-on experience with US staffing (preferred)

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting clients in Georgia, Alabama, or Florida

• Immediate joiner

• Experience working with direct clients / implementation partners
