Randstad is looking to hire a Desktop Support Technician for our customer in North Carolina for a long term position! We are looking for a highly-motivated technician looking to support end-users in a fast paced environment.





location: Charlotte, North Carolina

salary: $26 - 28 per hour

work hours: 8am to 6pm

responsibilities:

Job Duties -


- Install, Configure And Troubleshoot Both In-House And Third-Party Applications


- Install Configure And Troubleshoot Computer Hardware On Laptops And Desktops


- Configure And Support Mobile Devices Including iPhones, iPads And Other Peripheral Devices


- Image, Configure And Deploy Desktops And Laptops To End Users


- Engage With And Escalate Tickets To Senior Technicians


- Work With Other IT Teams On Projects And Cases


- Other Physical Work On Site When Needed (Deploy/Move Equipment, Etc.)


- Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues With Users Onsite and Remote


- Setup, Configure And Troubleshoot Virtual Machines


- Complete Other Tasks As Necessary


- Support The IT Walkup Area Where End Users Come to Get Their Issues Resolved
