Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Winchester, VA (HYBRID)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract duration, with possible extensions
Rate: $25-30/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:An Instructional Designer designs and develops learning materials and programs, creating content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills.
Required Skill Set:Candidates need to have experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline and Instructional Design Processes: ADDIE, SAM, and Adult learning theory.
1. Expertise in e-learning tools
2. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies
3. Strong visual design and content development skills
4. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
