Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect / Senior .NET Full Stack Developer for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect / Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of a central management platform. This role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies, full-stack development with Angular, SQL Server database optimization, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities: - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide timely updates
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve complex design problems
- Coordinate and lead distributed/global teams
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Stay current with evolving technologies
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC architecture
- Strong C# and .NET fundamentals
- Experience in building RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, YAML) and API integrations (SOAP/REST)
- Working knowledge of security protocols - OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
- Strong knowledge of frontend development using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Good understanding of design patterns and architecture principles (Repository, Unit of Work, Dependency Injection, SOLID, Microservices, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, etc.)
- Strong experience with SQL Server including design, schema modeling, normalization, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Strong full-stack development experience with hands-on coding across UI, API, and database layers
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Desired skills: - Experience with messaging platforms (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Exposure to Microservices and event-driven architectures
Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
