Summary

Join our team as a ServiceNow Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our ServiceNow platform to support business operations and drive success. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic IT team and engage with key stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reports to enhance business processes.
  • Manage integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Handle incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate change management processes, including planning and implementing changes.
  • Maintain and enhance the service catalog, ensuring services are well-documented and accessible.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, creating documentation and conducting sessions.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Skills
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with 3-5+ years of experience.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, including configuration and user management.
  • Experience with FedRAMP requirements and security operations.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM processes.
  • Knowledge of information security principles and government compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps techniques.
  • Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
