Job Description: Seeking a mid-level Configuration Analyst to support identity management provisioning, MFA enrollment, access requests, and issue resolution in production and training environments. You'll work with administrators via ticketing workflows to ensure secure access, accurate reporting, and timely troubleshooting. Strong analytical thinking and clear communication are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision user identities and manage MFA enrollment; assist with access provisioning for reporting and export needs.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues in browser-based identity and access applications.
Collaborate with administrators through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to resolve incidents.
Generate and interpret reports to support security and access governance.
Communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years in browser-based application support or similar performance area.

5+ years researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems.

Experience in an application-support help desk environment (non-hardware).

Strong analytical abilities and effective written and verbal communication.

Familiarity with identity management concepts and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
