*Job Summary:*
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to help design and improve company-wide IT systems. This role focuses on making sure technology supports business goals, future growth, and transformation plans. You will work on both technical systems and business processes to create efficient, scalable solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Design IT architecture including software, hardware, and communication systems
Make sure systems meet company standards and work well with other platforms
Ensure systems are compliant, secure, and efficient
Analyze workflows, business processes, and organizational challenges, then recommend improvements
Build and maintain business architecture models, roadmaps, and strategies
Align IT systems with business needs and long-term goals
Supervise and guide team members on a daily basis
*Required Skills:*
* Must have a Minimum of 2-4 years having worked as an Enterprise Architect Mention the No. of years you have worked as an Enterprise Architect
* Excellent Communication Skills and Must be a good Personality Fit for an Enterprise Architect Role.
* Must have TOGAF certification required
* Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Ardoq
* Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
* Experience delivering technology solutions, including custom software development
* Ability to review options and recommend the best technical solutions. Hands-on technical experience and training. Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
* Experience managing software designs and vendor evaluations
* Knowledge of business architecture, including capability models, process design, and strategy alignment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
