What You’ll Do
Engineer robust data pipelines to curate and refine massive scientific datasets essential for sophisticated machine learning models.
Architect organized data structures from a variety of disparate sources, ensuring seamless integration into the research workflow.
Champion data integrity by meticulously cataloging metadata and maintaining comprehensive provenance records to ensure every data point is traceable and discoverable.
Optimize data accessibility for computational scientists, enabling rapid iteration in the pursuit of novel therapeutic treatments.
Collaborate within a high-energy, multidisciplinary environment to support the deployment of proprietary supercomputing technologies and advanced simulation tools.
Execute complex data management tasks within a high-performance Linux infrastructure to maintain peak operational efficiency.
What You Bring
Academic Excellence: A completed Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline is required. Candidates possessing an advanced degree, such as a Master’s or PhD, demonstrate a profound depth of technical expertise and an elevated capacity for high-level analytical inquiry.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on mastery of Linux environments and a functional command of Python and SQL for data manipulation.
Data Expertise: Proven experience managing high-volume, large-scale datasets and an understanding of how to structure information for maximum utility.
