What You Bring
Credentialed Expertise: A Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biology, or a closely related scientific discipline.
Laboratory Pedigree: Extensive hands-on experience (ideally 3+ years) within a professional biotech or pharmaceutical lab setting.
