Summary

We are seeking a passionate Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to drive impactful marketing insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making. If you have a strong background in marketing measurement and a desire to innovate, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance Marketing Mix Models to assess channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Create and refine Customer Lifetime Value models to inform acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with data scientists and business stakeholders to implement measurement solutions.
Skills
  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building machine learning models for business applications.
  • Strong understanding of causal inference methods and experience with A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python or R.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven insights.
Preferred Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing measurement models, including multi-touch attribution.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing tools, especially AWS services.
  • Experience in publishing research in top-tier peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
