Principal Solutions Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer in Tukwila, WA.

Duties Include:
* Lead solution design and technical strategy for the PeopleSoft; Oracle Fusion ERP migration
* Provide hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiatives
* Partner with in-house employees and contingent staff engaged for this project to drive alignment and successful delivery
* Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependencies
* Define and guide data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliation
* Assess, redesign, and oversee integration patterns and data flows across enterprise systems

Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
* Work breakdown and sequencing
* Risk identification and mitigation strategies
* Governance and decision frameworks

* Identify potential pitfalls early and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors
* Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading ERP migrations from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP
* Deep understanding of enterprise system integrations, data flows, and dependencies
* Strong experience with data migration planning and execution in large-scale environments
* Demonstrated ability to identify upstream/downstream impacts of system changes
* Experience organizing and leading complex, multi-team technical initiatives
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
* Experience working across blended teams of internal employees and contingent or contract resources
* Ability to quickly assess current state and implement structure and best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
