RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking an IT Product Manager III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will be the driving force behind transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel sales growth and improve seller effectiveness. This role goes beyond Salesforce administration - you will be responsible for instrumenting our sales platform, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance our tools and processes based on data.
As an IT Product Manager, you will champion a data-informed culture within the sales organization, empowering sellers with the information they need to succeed. As a Product Manager, you will partner with stakeholders to identify critical data quality gaps, championing a vision and strategy focused on integrating Master Data Management (MDM) with Salesforce and using Generative AI to achieve a unified customer view and trusted enterprise data vitality.
Duties:
* Salesforce Data Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy for our
Salesforce platform, encompassing data collection, integration, analysis, and
visualization
* Data Vitality: Lead product development efforts to enhance data vitality by implementing
Automated and AI/GenAI-based solutions for data validation, correction, and the derivation
of predictive signals, directly powering intelligent seller workflows
* Instrumentation and Analysis: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to capture relevant data across the sales funnel; Analyze this data to understand trends, identify bottlenecks, and measure the impact of product enhancements
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in a data-focused product management role, with a proven track
record of using data to drive product strategy and improve business outcomes
* Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, including Sales
Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects, to implement and optimize the data foundation
* Knowledge of applying LLM/GenAI-driven validation, correction, and signal derivation to data, improving completeness and accuracy to power intelligent seller workflows
* Deep understanding of concepts required for building a deduplicated customer data foundation with a unified account/contact hierarchy, including MDM capabilities and entity resolution
* Strong analytical skills and experience with various analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Salesforce reporting)
* Proven ability to instrument platforms to gather the necessary data for informed decision-making
* Experience with data visualization and communicating complex data insights to a non-technical audience
* Deep understanding of sales processes and workflows, including lead generation, opportunity management, and forecasting
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrate strategic leadership and has a proven track record of delivering a high-integrity, AI-ready data foundation within our platform and services ecosystem to ensure sales success
Nice to have:
* Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
* Knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques
* Experience with CPQ and CLM tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
