Project Overview

This project supports Mako's client in the rollout of SAP for a new subsidiary in Vietnam. It is a short-term, low-complexity engagement (approximately 11 12 weeks) focused on replicating existing SAP Quote to Cash processes and configurations from a Chinese subsidiary. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with Vietnam-specific legal and statutory requirements. The solution will largely be adopted "as is," with no discovery sessions or business workshops planned.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Quote to Cash processes, including sales orders, order entry, and credit management
Modify existing QTC configurations to meet Vietnam-specific legal and compliance requirements
Configure and manage bilingual (Vietnamese and English) sales and order-related documents within SAP
Partner with local Vietnamese resources to review and validate Vietnamese-language document content
Ensure alignment with global SAP standards while meeting local compliance needs

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quote to Cash (QTC) configuration
Solid understanding of SAP country localizations, particularly for sales and order processing documents
Experience configuring bilingual or multilingual documents within SAP
Prior experience on global SAP rollouts or template-based implementations is a plus
