Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Calibration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and calibration processes. The ideal candidate will have delivered 2–3 full-lifecycle, validated implementations in regulated environments, preferably in medical device manufacturing, with deep knowledge of GxP compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV).
· Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Calibration.
· Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integration between Plant Maintenance and Quality Management (QM).
· Experience with 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations, including validated deployments.
· Strong knowledge of corrective, preventive, and breakdown maintenance workflows.
· Experience configuring functional locations, equipment masters, notifications, work orders, task lists, and equipment BOMs.
· Calibration configuration experience with Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs) and sampling procedures.
· Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing, GxP, regulatory compliance, and CSV.
· Experience maintaining audit trails, traceability, and compliance documentation.
