Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the SharePoint Administrator role. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience assisting the Federal Aviation Administration. The objective of this task order is to procure the services of an experienced KSN SharePoint developer/programmer who also possesses strong Power BI skills. The developer will be responsible for enhancing FAA's current SharePoint environment and integrating Power BI solutions to improve data visualization and reporting capabilities to support and track airspace modernization work.
This position will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing KSN/SharePoint applications to support automating existing business processes, developing new and maintaining existing sites, content, and resources to include extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies. The solutions derived from SharePoint sites will be used to track and monitor business processes using Power BI.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Provide Knowledge Services Network (KSN)/ SharePoint-based KSN facilitation support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aeronautical Charting Group for the modernization of charting production workflow management and business intelligence processes.
- Ensure that the FAA's Aeronautical Charting Group's KSN environment meets the technical, business, and end user requirements by regularly analyzing the system using approved metrics and providing recommendations based upon that analysis.
- Customize and develop SharePoint sites and pages for the Aeronautical Charting Group as needed to support and track airspace modernization work.
- Implement SharePoint workflows and automate business processes.
- Ensure SharePoint solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop training for users of Aeronautical Charting Group KSN-based work trackers.
- Provide helpdesk services to users of KSN-based websites and tools.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of the KSN-based websites and tools.
- Monitor and ensure that the systems and processes for maintenance of KSN-based websites and tools are established and documented.
- Develop metrics to assist in production measurements using interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather requirements and develop functional and technical specifications that support the vision and mission of the Aeronautical Charting Group's line of business.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, libraries, lists, and web parts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, influence stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in complex, dynamic environments.
- Good understanding of PowerBI and how to identify trends in the data.
Please Note: This position will be Hybrid. Required Qualifications:- Requires BS and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with SharePoint workflow creation.
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing SharePoint permissions, user access, and security.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience with SharePoint design within a corporate network.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft SharePoint procedures.
- Demonstrated experience transforming basic SharePoint user-facing applications from basic to advanced.

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
