Job Description:
S4 Service management role expectations
Need specialization in SAP Service Process implementations, particularly in S4 Hana Service, ERP Customer Service, CRM Service, and Warranty Claim Management. Experience in Utilities, Life Sciences, Public Sector will be a plus. Exposure with multiple S/4 Hana releases such as 1709, 1809, 1909, 2021, 2022, and 2023 will be a key consideration.
Key SAP Functional considerations:
Fiori In-House Repair Functionalities: Managing repair processes including pre-checks, customer returns, diagnosis, quotations, repairs, internal orders, external workforce procurement, time confirmations, billing preparation, and billing document requests.
Fiori Field Service Functionalities: Handling solution quotations, subscription contracts, service order quotations, field service orders, advance shipment of parts, procurement, internal orders, service confirmations, FSM integration, and billing
Fiori Service Contract Management: Managing service contract quotations and contracts, recurring service and maintenance plans, service monitoring, analytics, and RAR setup and integration.
Fiori Warranty Claim Management: Customer claim processing and supplier recovery processing.
