Job Title: ServiceNow Health Log Analytics

Location: Remote  

Duration: 6+ Months Contract 

Summary:

We are seeking a techno-functional specialist to support the configuration and operational use of logging within the ServiceNow platform.

This role will focus on Health Log Analytics (HLA) and Sys Log ingestion, enabling proactive monitoring, alerting, and issue identification.

The specialist will work hands-on in ServiceNow while also advising teams on best practices for log management and observability.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage ServiceNow Health Log Analytics (HLA).
• Implement and monitor Sys Log ingestion and logging capabilities.
• Design and configure alerts, thresholds, and anomaly detection rules.
• Analyze logs to identify patterns, anomalies, and operational risks.
• Partner with internal teams to translate monitoring needs into actionable alerts.
• Provide guidance on logging strategy and best practices within ServiceNow.

Required:

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience (Administrator or Developer).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow logging, Sys Log, and log analysis.
• Experience configuring alerts and monitoring rules.
• Ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity (hands-on configuration + advisory support).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM / AIOps / Health Log Analytics (HLA).
• Background in log analytics or observability tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Datadog).
