Overview:
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to help drive AI adoption and enablement across one of the most innovative gaming ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of AI, developer tooling, and creator workflows-focused on embedding AI into products, internal tools, and user experiences.
You will work across product, engineering, design, and legal teams to scale AI-powered initiatives, improve workflows, and help teams effectively adopt tools like GitHub Copilot. This is a highly cross-functional role combining product thinking, technical fluency, and hands-on enablement.
Key Tasks:
* Own and manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, execution)
* Drive AI initiatives across product, tooling, and internal workflows
* Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
* Support AI-powered experiences (search, recommendations, creator tools)
* Lead adoption efforts for AI tools through training, workshops, and hands-on sessions
* Collaborate on developer tooling initiatives (including AI-assisted coding workflows)
* Facilitate UAT, rollout planning, and stakeholder alignment
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
* Coordinate cross-functional programs and drive alignment across teams
Key Focus Areas:
* AI enablement and adoption (education, workshops, -vibe coding- sessions)
* Developer productivity and tooling (GitHub Copilot and similar tools)
* Cross-team coordination (engineering, product, design, legal)
* Workflow optimization and internal tool development
* Supporting AI-driven creator ecosystems (game/modding experience is a plus)
REQUIREMENTS:
* AI-Assisted Development & Tooling (2-3+ years): Strong hands-on experience with modern developer tools and workflows, including AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot; Ability to apply these tools in real-world scenarios, prototype solutions, and translate capabilities into improved developer and creator workflows
* Software Development/Scripting (3-5+ years): Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) with the ability to understand and contribute to development workflows; Experience with APIs, automation, or game/modding environments (such as Minecraft add-ons) is highly valuable
* Cross-Functional Technical Program Coordination (4-6+ years): Experience working across engineering, design, product, and legal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution; Ability to manage ambiguity, coordinate initiatives (such as XTM v-teams), and drive clarity-especially in areas involving emerging technologies or policy considerations
* Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM workflows)
* Background in software development or scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
* Experience with APIs, automation, or developer platforms
* Exposure to game development, modding, or creator ecosystems (nice-to-have)
* Experience driving adoption through training, enablement, or education
What Makes a Strong Candidate:
* Actively using modern AI tools-not just theoretical knowledge
* Experience building or experimenting with AI workflows (agentic, multi-step systems)
* Proven ability to drive adoption and influence behavior across teams
* Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences
