Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Product Manager III in Seattle, WA.

Overview:

This role will be instrumental in the mission to connect customers to a wide array of health-care products and services available via partnerships, with a focus on solutions for chronic or complex-longitudinal conditions. Through internal and external partner integration and marketing activities, we enable access for millions of customers to healthcare benefits and services that might be paid for by their employers/insurers. These health programs support them on their journey to treating conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health, and more. This role will play a leadership role in product strategy, development, and go-to-market activities across the team and help lead initiatives for growing the business.

Key job responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external business partners to research, design, develop and launch product solutions; Use high judgement to identify strategy, write business requirements, provide technical input, and develop go-to-market plans
* Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; The ability to communicate complex concepts and rationale for product decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences including senior leadership
* Lead stakeholders within a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment; Have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary
* Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features
* Manage and own delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 5+ years of product, product marketing, business development or technology experience
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
* Experience owning technology products
* Front-end product management (work very closely on consuming facing products on discovery, conversion, and costumer satisfaction)
* Deep history of working closely with visual designers and front end engineers
* Consumer market experiences
* Have a strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership

Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
* Experience working on digital health solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
