Integration Strategy: Define and oversee integration patterns using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration (CPI), and other integration methods to ensure seamless data flow between HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.

Security & Compliance: Design comprehensive security roles and RBP (Role-Based Permissions) frameworks to protect sensitive PII data while ensuring GDPR/SOX compliance.

Technical Governance: Evaluate custom developments vs. "Clean Core" standards in S/4HANA to minimize technical debt.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR Business Partners, IT Infrastructure, and C-suite leadership to align technical roadmaps with business value.
