Location: Orlando, Florida 32819 (Onsite)
Duration: 4-6 Month Contract
Rate: $50-$70 Per Hour
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Salesforce Flow Developer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to migrate applications from Process Builder and other workflow tools to the Salesforce Flow Builder platform. This position involves defining requirements, participating in agile sprints, and optimizing a large volume of existing workflows to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to define requirements for Salesforce Flow implementations.
- Participate in 1-week sprints, including review sessions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Review design plans and provide feedback to ensure efficient and effective flow designs.
- Develop and test flows in sandbox environments, preparing them for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze and condense approximately 800 existing workflows into a more efficient set of 100-200 flows.
- Work with four different Salesforce organizations to ensure seamless integration and consistency.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce Flow Development experience is required.
Technical Skills: Experience with workflow optimization, Visual Flows, eScreen, custom components, and third-party integrations is necessary. Familiarity with Flow Debugger is also required.
Soft Skills: The role requires an independent problem-solver with effective communication skills who is comfortable asking questions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apex Development.
- Familiarity with front-end tools such as Squid (Nintex).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Codex.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
