Role: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer SME

Location: Hybrid New Jersey / Texas / North Carolina

Duration: Long-term

We are looking for an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer SME with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support enterprise-level identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Identity Manager / Oracle Identity Governance and strong development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
Implement user provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation workflows.
Develop and integrate connectors with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, SAP, and databases.
Customize event handlers, adapters, workflows, and approval processes in OIM.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity lifecycle automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve OIM development, integration, and performance issues.
Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM best practices.
Create technical documentation and support system enhancements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) / Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
Experience with Java, SQL, and Oracle WebLogic
Expertise in OIM workflows, connectors, adapters, and event handlers
Experience with LDAP / Active Directory integration
Knowledge of SOA/BPEL workflows and provisioning frameworks
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) or other IAM tools
Knowledge of SAML, SSO, identity federation
Experience in enterprise IAM architecture and governance

Experience

12+ years in IAM
5+ years with Oracle Identity Manager / OIG
