Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer – SME

Experience:
10+ years in IAM with 6+ years as Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Java Developer in large enterprise environments.

Key Tools:
Oracle Identity Manager, Java/J2EE, AD, LDAP, SQL/Databases, SailPoint IIQ, IBM ISIM/TIM, Networking & DNS, ServiceNow ITSM.

Core Skills:
Strong experience in JML provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, SoD, Recertification, and Application Integrations with deep knowledge of OIM architecture, APIs, workflows, and IGA processes. Skilled in Java/J2EE development, scripting (Unix/PowerShell/Python), integrations, and team collaboration with excellent client-facing and communication skills.
