Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and Oracle Eloqua. The role focuses on designing scalable Salesforce solutions, driving enterprise integrations, and leading architecture initiatives across customer engagement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems including ERP, middleware, and marketing platforms.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation and lead lifecycle management.
  • Define architecture standards, governance models, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.
  • Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and review integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Oversee data migration, data modeling, and data quality initiatives.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Mentor developers and conduct architecture/code reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.

Salesforce Expertise

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Apex
  • Lightning (LWC/Aura)
  • Visualforce

Integration Expertise

  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Middleware integrations
  • ETL tools
  • Event-driven architecture

Marketing Automation

  • Hands-on Oracle Eloqua integration experience (mandatory).

Additional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidate Criteria

  • Must have Sales Cloud + Service Cloud architecture experience.
  • Must have strong enterprise integration experience.
  • Oracle Eloqua integration experience is mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable working onsite in Denver from Day 1.
