What You’ll Do
Architect comprehensive sales blueprints to consistently surpass aggressive quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks.
Cultivate a robust pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-value prospects through disciplined CRM utilization and industry networking.
Galvanize a diverse sales force, providing the mentorship and training necessary to transform direct hires and independent representatives into a top-tier team.
Synthesize technical requirements by partnering with internal engineering departments to deliver bespoke manufacturing solutions to global accounts.
Monitor the competitive horizon, delivering actionable intelligence on market shifts and emerging vertical industry trends to senior leadership.
Orchestrate territory expansion efforts through meticulous forecasting, budgeting, and the execution of annual business objectives.
Champion the brand’s regional presence by selecting and leading high-impact marketing initiatives, industry trade shows, and digital engagement strategies.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely payment collections and maintaining rigorous reporting standards for all client interactions.
What You Bring
Professional Pedigree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Plastic/Chemical Machinery), Business Administration, or International Trade.
Proven Impact: At least 5 years of demonstrated success in high-level industrial sales, specifically within the plastics or heavy machinery sectors.
Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of injection molding processes and the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to OEMs.
Strategic Mindset: Mastery of CRM platforms and MS Office suite to manage sophisticated forecasting and territory planning.
Leadership Capability: A track record of managing high-performance teams and the professional maturity to eventually transition into a Director-level role.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, high-trust relationships with C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike.
