Our client is looking  Full Stack Java Architect project Hybrid below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title           :  Full Stack Java Architect

Location           :  Dallas TX , Jersey City NJ Hybrid

Duration          :  Full Time/Permanent

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of IT experience
• Architect, design, and oversee implementation of end to end enterprise applications using Java and Angular.
• Strong hands on experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Proven experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in Angular.
• Familiarity with Go (Golang).
• Experience with the complete software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Professional use of Git/GitHub, including PR workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, OpenShift, and containerized deployment models.
• Experience writing automated JUnit test suites.
• Familiarity deploying through Harness or similar orchestrators.

Exposure to event driven architectures and messaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end solution architecture for enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern UI frameworks (Angular / React).
• Design scalable front‑end and back‑end architectures, ensuring loose coupling, high cohesion, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integration layers, supporting synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Design and manage data persistence strategies using MongoDB and other NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and data consistency.
• Lead containerization strategy using Docker, defining Dockerfiles, image standards, and runtime configurations for applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift / Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.
• Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment across environments.
• Establish Git‑based source‑code management practices, including branching strategies, pull‑request reviews, and version control governance.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to enable cloud‑native architectures, infrastructure automation, and secure deployments.
• Ensure UI architecture best practices, including reusable components, state management (NgRx/Redux), responsive design, and accessibility compliance.
• Drive performance optimization across layers, including UI rendering, API latency, database queries, and container resource tuning.
• Define automated testing and quality strategies, covering unit, integration, UI, and regression testing using industry‑standard frameworks.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical decision‑making, and governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing architectural direction, code reviews, and best‑practice coaching.
• Support legacy modernization initiatives, including migration from monoliths to microservices and adoption of container‑based, cloud‑ready platforms.
