We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who are local to DMV area. Willing to attend an In-person intervew and fully oniste.
Education:
Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
● Define the product''s vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals.
● Use market research and customer feedback to identify new product ideas and opportunities.
● Act as a central point of contact, aligning engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams around the product''s goals and development.
● Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Required Skills and Experience:
● At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, potentially in project management or product management in a related field.
● Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, DevOps, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage data to make informed product decisions.
● Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, with a focus on influence rather than authority.
● A deep sense of user empathy and an understanding of UX/UI best practices
