Overview: We are seeking a junior product from our project team. You will work alongside other product owners or product managers or product managers and report directly to the project director. Your main tasks will include overseeing a product''s development from concept to launch and beyond, including defining strategy, gathering user requirements, and aligning cross-functional teams like engineering, and go-live.
Responsibilities
β Define the product''s vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and business goals.
β Use market research and customer feedback to identify new product ideas and opportunities.
β Oversee the product development process, from initial design to final release, and work closely with engineering teams.
β Determine and prioritize product and customer requirements and define the features for a new or improved product.
β Act as a central point of contact, aligning engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams around the product''s goals and development.
β Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
β Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze data to make informed decisions for future improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
β At least 2-4 years of relevant experience, potentially in project management or product management in a related field.
β Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
β Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
β Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts. While coding is not required, the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams is essential.
β Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage data to make informed product decisions.
β Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, with a focus on influence rather than authority.
β The ability to think strategically define a long-term vision, and prioritize competing requirements effectively.
β A deep sense of user empathy and an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
β The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and frequently changing environment.
