· Partner with solution engineers to:
· Configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions
· Integrate with external platforms (e.g., learning ecosystems, skills platforms)
· Lead prototyping and iterative solution design
· Drive:
· AI-powered skill inference and recommendations
· Personalized learning journeys
· Talent insights and workforce planning inputs
· Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes
· Drive adoption and continuous improvement
· 10+ years in HR Tech with focus on Talent & Learning
· 10+ years in HR Tech with Core HR + Recruiting expertise
· Strong Workday expertise:
· Talent & Performance
· Learning
· Skills Cloud (preferred)
· Experience in skills-based transformation initiatives
· Strong product mindset with storytelling ability
