Job Title: Xactly Incent Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Xactly Incent Consultant to manage incentive compensation solutions, commission processing, integrations, and production support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Xactly Incent compensation plans, quotas, credits, and commission rules.
  • Develop and support integrations using Xactly Connect, SQL, SAP, and Salesforce.
  • Manage commission calculations, payout processing, and data reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve compensation and data discrepancies.
  • Support testing, UAT, deployments, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to implement compensation requirements.
