Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Business Analyst to manage Agile activities, gather business requirements, coordinate with development teams, and ensure software quality. The candidate should have strong experience with Scrum, documentation, testing, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, and Copado.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and convert them into user stories and use cases.

• Create templates and documents for business processes and system requirements.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help teams follow Agile and Scrum practices.

• Work with leadership and business users to clarify project goals.

• Coordinate with developers, testers, and stakeholders.

• Create, document, and automate test cases.

• Perform quality assurance, functional testing, and performance testing.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects.

• Use Azure DevOps to manage work items, backlogs, and project progress.

• Support Salesforce development and deployments using Copado.

• Identify gaps in requirements and testing to prevent production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

• 10+ years of experience creating business requirements, use cases, user stories, and process documentation.

• 10+ years of experience developing and documenting test cases, executing QA, and performance testing.

• IIBA certification required.

• Scrum/Agile certification required.

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce experience — highly desired.

• Azure DevOps experience — highly desired.

• Copado experience — highly desired.

• ITIL Foundation certification — listed in the JD as preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have extensive Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience, strong Agile leadership skills, and a solid background in requirements documentation and software testing. Experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, and Copado will be a significant advantage.
