Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Workato platform including recipe design, job execution, nested logic, and advanced data transformation.
- 3+ years of hands-on integration experience with Boomi.
- 4+ years of experience with Legal systems such as CLM, e-signature, matter/litigation management, and compliance/e-discovery.
- 4+ years of experience with Financial integrations including AP, AR invoice, GL accounting, and bank/treasury.
- 4+ years of experience with Supply chain (SCM) integration.
- 4+ years of scripting experience in Java, Groovy, JavaScript, or Python.
- 4+ years of experience with Data synchronization and ETL-ELT, including bulk/batch actions.
- 4+ years of experience in API management including API Gateway, secure endpoints, proxies, rate limiting, and OAuth/JWT.
- 3+ years of experience with developer tools such as Connector SDK and Developer API.
- 3+ years of experience with Event-driven architectures like Kafka or Amazon SQS.
- 2+ years of experience with Workflow and AgentX Apps, including human-in-the-loop steps.
- 1+ years of experience with Agentic AI, including Agent Studio Genies, AI governance, and IDP.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy complex multi-step Recipes and Boomi processes for performance and scale.
- Build and manage autonomous AI Agents (Genies) in Agent Studio with internal context and secure actions.
- Implement IDP workflows for extraction and classification from unstructured Legal content such as contracts and filings.
- Govern secure API endpoints on the API Platform/Gateway including proxies, rate limiting, and OAuth/JWT.
- Build bulk ETL/ELT and data-sync pipelines using Data Tables and FileStorage.
- Manage On-Premise Agent (OPA), databases, private networks, SFTP, REST, SOAP, and application-specific connectors.
- Utilize event triggers and publishers for Kafka, Amazon SQS, and other brokers.
- Manage governance and operations including RBAC, SSO, audit trails for AI Agent actions, and smart versioning.
- Utilize Git/GitHub for repositories, branches, and PRs, and implement CI/CD for recipes.
- Perform proactive monitoring, failure diagnosis, and cost/efficiency tuning using insights and job history.
- Provide on-call support for high availability.
- Develop UX automation and human-in-the-loop solutions using Workbot, Workflow/AgentX Apps, and Slack API integrations.
- Integrate business applications across CRM, HR, Finance, LMS, Legal, and collaboration platforms.
- Perform database tasks using SQL and PL/SQL and custom scripting in Ruby, Python, Java, Groovy, or JavaScript.
- Develop custom connectors via Connector SDK and Developer API.
- Provide technical leadership through documentation, best practices, and use of Community Library and AI Copilots.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and their integration services.
- Knowledge of Legal tech standards, contract data models, GDPR, and SOC 2.
- Workato Certified Automation Pro III or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Legal-domain Accelerator implementations.
