Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer / Workflow Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advanced presentation design, production graphics, and workflow coordination and a proven ability to deliver high-quality branded materials under tight deadlines for enterprise banking stakeholders.

Schedule & Shift:

• Hybrid Designer role combining graphic design and workflow responsibilities.


• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.


• One opening Monday-Friday and one opening Tuesday-Saturday. Candidates must indicate their preferred schedule at the top of the resume.

Team Overview:

Presentation Technology supports internal banking clients within the Institutional Clients Group, including Banking and Corporate Markets Advisory, Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Markets. The team operates in a busy 24/7 environment and produces live deal, pitch book, and custom design materials for high-profile investment banking transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Produce pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, and infographics using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications at an advanced level.


• Create and enhance creative PowerPoint presentations and propose conceptual and visual solutions, including motion graphics when applicable.


• Trace and produce logos, maps, and illustrations with precision.


• Apply and advise on brand standards to ensure all materials align with Citi guidelines.


• Partner with workflow staff and clients to clarify deadlines, instructions, and design requirements.


• Complete administration for accurate billing and job tracking.


• Support Intake coordination as required.


• Perform quality control on own work and assist peers with QC tasks.


• Mentor new team members after training.


• Contribute to process improvement and best production practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.


• 3-5+ years of administrative or operational support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, ideally within financial services.


• Portfolio or samples of recent work demonstrating presentation and production design.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, or Blender.


• Knowledge of external print processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design preferred, or comparable experience meeting role requirements.


• Open to current students who can meet the on-site schedule and hours.


• Not a UX/UI role. Focus on production design and presentation graphics.
