GovCon Full-Cycle Recruiter
This is a Full-Time Remote position supporting a Large Government Consulting Firm. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.
Number of Available Positions: 8
Salary Target: $75K-$95K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
Requirements: ship Work Authorization Status; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; Public Trust Clearance; 5+ relevant professional years of experience including full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate screening, and developing candidate pipelines working within a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience, to include Experienced Hire recruiting experience with GovCon environment. Experience recruiting for various different skillsets Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment Consultative approach toward clients with proven experience influencing others and building strong relationships with PPMD level business leaders and hiring teams Experience with multiple interview channels, including video (HireVue) technology Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, including Avature
Preferred Skills:
Creative sourcing methods Experience with Ad-hoc reporting Experience working with PowerPoint and data tools
