IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to serve as the bridge between business and operations computer systems and centralized information services. This project will manage the planning and oversight of multiple information systems investment initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing direction on technical requirement reviews and capacity planning, and establishing timelines for competing priorities to support an ERP implementation.

Sample Tasks:

·        Develops and maintains application process and interfaces

·        Provides support for implementing system modifications; creating and maintain integration process charts.

·        Apply specialized ERP tools and knowledge; troubleshoot and support performance optimization.

·        Coordinate releases and patches; maintain technical documentation.

·        May collaborate with business users on requirements and testing.

·        May support security and compliance within ERP environments.

·        Provide consulting services to business and technical partners.

·        Provide knowledge transfer

Location: St. Paul, MN  

Contract: 1+ years

The work is to be done with a hybrid work schedule.

Skills Required:

·        Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of experience.

·        Knowledge of technical skills specific to the business system.  

·        Experience modifying and configuring business systems.

·        Knowledge of data governance concepts.

·        Ability to analyze data patterns and trends to support decision-making.
