IT Systems Analyst

The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirements, determining system requirements, and translating those requirements into functional and technical specifications. This role includes system design and configuration, implementing solutions, applications, and databases, and performing system integrations.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing code, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, and executing scripts. The role also involves supporting Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) activities, performing quality assurance test analysis, and modifying or enhancing existing systems. The position requires extended involvement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The analyst may also work on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) driven frameworks, as well as virtualization platforms. Ongoing system maintenance, technical documentation, and creation of process flows are essential components of the role.

### *Education Requirements*

A master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Foreign educational equivalents are accepted.

### *Experience Requirements*

A minimum of 12 months (1 year) of experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Programmer, Software Developer (Engineer), IT Consultant, Associate, or a related role is required. Experience must include working with *at least seven* of the following technologies within the overall technical environment:
