Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Senior SDET / Automation Engineer for a hybrid engagement in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration with client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute automation strategy, plans, and test scripts
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks
• Conduct code reviews and analysis of automation scripts
• Troubleshoot code compilation errors and automation test execution failures
• Read error logs, recommend fixes, and resolve technical blockers for the team
• Handle Regression Testing, New Feature Testing, and API-level Testing
• Work with config/version control tools: GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub
• Manage CI/CD automation servers: GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Create and maintain automation best practices repository and documentation
• Communicate effectively with client-side stakeholders — status updates, issue resolution, and presentations

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of hands-on automation/SDET experience
• Strong knowledge of industry-proven automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with GitLab, Bitbucket, or GitHub
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• API testing experience
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
