Overview:
We are seeking a Martech Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology solutions. This role will define architecture across Content, Marketing Automation, AI, Data, and Customer Journeys, primarily leveraging Adobe, Salesforce, and Google enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Martech and Adtech architecture across content, automation, AI, data, and journey orchestration.
Define the Digital Experience Platform roadmap, including headless/headful content (Adobe Experience Manager) and AI infusion.
Develop AI adoption strategies for software development and marketing (Agentic AI OpenAI, Anthropic).
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in content, Martech, and data.
Orchestrate personalization, marketing automation, and measurement frameworks.
Partner with business marketing teams to translate use cases into scalable designs and roadmaps.
Guide implementation teams to establish standards for quality, security, and performance.
Support presales POVs and evangelize best practices across stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of deep expertise in Adobe stack (AEM, Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Target, Workfront, Launch) with experience rolling out large-scale AEM programs.
Strong experience in Marketing Automation / Journey Orchestration platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
2+ years exposure to Enterprise Architecture processes (SRB, EAB).
2+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms (Adobe, ActionIQ, Salesforce, Hightouch).
Proven experience in Full Stack Web Development and Front-End Architecture (React, Angular).
Exposure to AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Microsoft).
Demonstrated delivery leadership, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with API integration design and Cloud platforms (AWS).
