Job Description
Looking for a Web Developer with strong UI/UX design experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications and websites. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of front-end development expertise, visual design skills, and a deep understanding of user experience principles to deliver modern digital solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and cross-browser compatible websites and web applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with React UI frameworks and component libraries.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or .NET backend technologies.
• Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across web platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and developers to gather requirements and implement user-centric solutions.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with backend APIs and CMS platforms.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines, web standards, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications and user interfaces.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies, UI trends, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in web development and UI design.
• Strong proficiency in:
o HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
o React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
o Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI
o Responsive and mobile-first web design
• Experience with design tools:
o Figma
o Adobe XD
o Sketch
o Photoshop or Illustrator
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration.
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps, or GitHub for source control and deployment pro
