Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Web Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in front-end development, visual design, and user experience principles to deliver modern digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications and websites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and UI designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop reusable components, design systems, and code libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness.
• Conduct usability testing and enhance user experiences based on feedback and analytics.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and CMS platforms.
• Ensure adherence to web standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and security best practices.
• Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends and web technologies.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in Web Development and UI/UX Design.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and responsive design frameworks.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or .NET technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore), and Git-based version control.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and design thinking methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern web architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
