Role- IAM Implementation L3

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Contract on C2C/ W2

Independent contractors only

Job Description:

Experience in L3 support of IAM for a minimum of 10+ years, Implementation and Support for complex IAM solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals. Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership. Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the client’s business environment, map the requirements into IAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required 

Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories:

• CA Directory 

• Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory  

• Sun Directory Server 

• Active Directory  

• Tivoli Directory Server  

• Novell Directory Server  

• Working knowledge of setup and maintenance Identity Manager Infrastructures. 

• Experience in production incident handling, Change Requests, adhering to SLA for production support. 

• Must of working knowledge of core Java and J2EE components. 

• Experience in creating and managing various policies and business logic using Identity Policy, Policy Xpress, BLTH. 

• Experience in creating and managing Admin roles, tasks and provisioning roles. 

• Experience in running bulk loader, feeder services, enabling self-service task. 

• Experience in scheduling and fetching reports and audit data. 

• Experience in scheduling and executing reconciliation for various endpoint. 

• Capable for handling and troubleshooting issue and errors by reviewing logs. 

• Knowledge of web services /SOAP would be an added advantage. 

• Experience in working with Application Servers (Web Logic, WebSphere, JBOSS)  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. 

• Open to work in shifts. 

Good to have Skills: 

• Knowledge of any IDAM product like: 

• IBM: Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager  

• Oracle: Identity Manager, Access Manager 

• NetIQ Identity Manager 

Qualifications: 

• 8-12 years of strong IAM implementation experience 

• Strong oral, written communications skills 

• Customer Facing Exposure is must 

• CISSP certification is a bonus 

• Open to travel requirements
