Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce-focused Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a client-facing functional lead, partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Lead and mentor other Business Analysts, ensuring best practices in requirements gathering and delivery
Conduct discovery sessions and facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops
Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure accurate and scalable Salesforce implementations
Support testing efforts, including writing test scripts and validating end-to-end solutions
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience in Agile environments
8+ years as a client-facing functional lead, managing and guiding other BAs
Experience in Salesforce Core Platform
Some Salesforce configuration or admin abilities are a huge plus
Familiar with APIs and integrations and data migrations
Discovery experience and structured requirements gathering
User story creation from requirements with disciplined structure
Writing test scripts a huge plus
Proven experience creating disciplined, well-structured user stories from requirements
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Salesforce configuration or admin-level capabilities
Salesforce certifications are big plus
Experience writing test scripts and supporting UAT
Healthcare domain experience (preferred)
