About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Augmented Software Engineer who combines strong software engineering expertise with modern AI development practices to build faster, smarter, and more intelligent software solutions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who leverages Generative AI tools, AI coding assistants, automation frameworks, and AI-powered development workflows to enhance engineering productivity, improve software quality, and accelerate application delivery.
This role is designed for engineers who understand how AI is transforming software development — from requirements analysis and code generation to testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous optimization. You will work on building enterprise applications while using AI as a force multiplier throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enhanced Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications using modern engineering practices.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase engineering efficiency.
- Use AI-assisted development workflows for:
- Code generation
- Code optimization
- Debugging
- Refactoring
- Documentation
- Test automation
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI developer tools into software engineering workflows.
- Build software solutions that incorporate AI-powered capabilities and intelligent automation.
Application Engineering & Architecture
- Design and develop scalable backend and frontend applications.
- Build APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native applications.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture decisions, system design, and engineering best practices.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development velocity.
AI Integration & Application Intelligence
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Build AI-powered features such as:
- Intelligent assistants
- AI copilots
- Automated workflows
- Natural language interfaces
- Knowledge retrieval systems
- Work with LLM APIs and AI platforms to embed intelligence into software products.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where applicable.
- Optimize AI-powered features for performance, reliability, and user experience.
Quality Engineering & Delivery
- Use AI tools to improve testing, code reviews, and software reliability.
- Develop automated testing frameworks and quality improvement processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile development processes and continuous delivery practices.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or application development.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade software applications.
- Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages:

- Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
