Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Onsite for 5 day a week
Client Industry: Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
Must-Haves:
- Lead BA experience (7+ years of experience)
- Previous vendor management/understanding
- Technical knowledge and can translate that to the business partners
- Strong communication
- Self-motivated/zero hand holding
Day To Day:
- Operates with a consultative mindset, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and simplification opportunities.
- Brings a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and requirements gathering.
- Thrives in ambiguity and can create clarity for stakeholders during early-stage vendor or platform adoption.
- Demonstrates vendor-management maturity challenges assumptions, ensures accountability, and balances business value with technical feasibility.
- Maintains a high bar for quality and traceability in requirements, process flows, and testing outcomes.
- Communicates; naturally becomes the go-to SME on the product and process.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $45 to $55 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
