Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an ERP/CRM Systems Configuration Consultant to join our client and help drive the optimization, configuration, and advancement of their field service CRM and ERP ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource supporting multiple business units, guiding teams through system enhancements, migrations, and new module deployments. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, vendors, and internal users to ensure clean data, reliable workflows, and strong organizational adoption. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, implementation heavy environment and enjoys leading complex systems work from strategy through execution.
Compensation:
$120,000–$130,000 annual salary + bonus
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Position Location:
Grand Rapids, MI — Remote initially, transitioning to hybrid 
Key Responsibilities of the ERP/CRM Systems Configuration Consultant:

• Oversee CRM configuration, data relationships, dashboard design, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements across multiple brands.
• Lead implementations, integrations, and new module rollouts, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external CRM/ERP consultants.
• Manage and resolve system support tickets, ensuring a smooth experience for end users through training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Drive data validation, mapping, testing, and quality assurance efforts for brand migrations and cross-platform projects.
• Coordinate projects and timelines across stakeholders, supporting organizational alignment and ensuring successful delivery of system solutions.

Qualifications and Skills for the ERP/CRM Systems Configuration Consultant:

• Strong background configuring field service CRMs such as Real Green, ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, ServeSuite, or similar platforms.
• Proven consulting or implementation experience, ideally with exposure to systems integrators or large consulting firms.
• Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and comfort supporting reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while working under pressure with diverse stakeholder groups.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience; willingness to learn Sage Intacct.
