Description
We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) system, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical to deliver effective system configurations, integrations, and support services.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement technical solutions within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) system to meet business objectives.
Analyze and interpret business requirements to ensure solutions address functionality, performance, and security needs.
Configure, develop, and test system features, including integrations, reporting, and data synchronization.
Provide Tier 3 support for deployed solutions and troubleshoot complex system issues to maintain optimal operations.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials for team members.
Monitor system performance and implement regular updates, patches, and optimizations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Travel to company sites as needed to support system implementations and maintenance.
Requirements
Proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including system administration and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Proficiency in client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management.
Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management.
Familiarity with SyteLine ERP and previous experience with Syteline 10.
Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC Framework and Salesforce development.
Ability to create comprehensive business requirement documents and system designs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
