Description
We are looking for an experienced Epicor/Syteline Consultant to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent role, you will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing our ERP and CRM systems, with a strong focus on report writing and administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with various departments, address technical challenges, and provide insights for system improvements.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom reports to meet the needs of various departments, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Act as a technical liaison between end-users and system administrators, providing solutions to technical inquiries and challenges.
Research and resolve issues within the Syteline ERP system, ensuring seamless functionality.
Collaborate with the team on system upgrades and enhancements, including participation in the potential migration to cloud-based solutions.
Streamline and optimize the report library by consolidating similar reports into reusable formats.
Provide administrative support for ERP and CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and system performance.
Work closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and shop floor personnel, to understand reporting needs and deliver effective solutions.
Utilize Microsoft SQL and SSRS for database queries and reporting.
Explore opportunities to incorporate Power BI for advanced analytics and visualization.
Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and support ongoing improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems, including Syteline and Epicor.
Proficiency in report writing tools such as SSRS and Microsoft SQL.
Strong understanding of structured query language (SQL) and database management.
Ability to address technical questions and support system-related inquiries effectively.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Familiarity with system upgrade processes and cloud-based ERP solutions is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address system-related challenges.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
