Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to support and enhance the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system for our organization. This role involves managing technical aspects of the ERP system across existing sites and assisting with the implementation of new locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that align with business objectives. Please note, this is a contract to permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements to design and implement ERP system solutions that address functionality, performance, and security needs.
Configure and customize the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system to meet organizational goals.
Develop and test technical solutions, including integrations, reporting tools, and data synchronization processes.
Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet specifications.
Provide Tier 3 support for ERP-related issues and troubleshoot complex system challenges to maintain optimal business operations.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides and deployment packages.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and monitoring to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.
Provide training and mentorship to users and technical staff to enhance system proficiency.
Travel to company sites as needed to support ERP implementations and provide hands-on assistance.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and related technologies.
Proficiency in system administration, customizations, and multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Strong skills in Mongoose development, API integration, and forms development.
Experience with reporting tools such as Infor Data Views, Data Lake, and IDOs.
Solid understanding of business processes including finance, purchasing, and manufacturing.
Expertise in scripting, web development, and tools like JavaScript and jQuery.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and structured deployment processes.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions.
