Regrello Developer Agentic AI Workflow Transformation Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: 100% Remote
Role Summary
This role serves as the transformation lead for agentic workflow automation. The individual will diagnose broken or inefficient operational processes and redesign them as autonomous, multistep AIdriven workflows. This role goes beyond configuration, requiring strong ownership of process redesign, agent orchestration logic, and endtoend delivery of intelligent workflow transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Redesign manual and documentheavy processes (e.g., PO approvals, invoice matching, shipment exception handling, supplier onboarding) into autonomous workflows using Regrello and Salesforce Agentforce.
Facilitate discovery and codesign workshops with supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders.
Translate transformation blueprints into technical specifications for engineering and AI/ML teams.
Architect integrations across Regrello, Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud.
Define, track, and report transformation KPIs including cycletime reduction, manual effort eliminated, exception resolution rates, and agent decision accuracy.
Own the endtoend delivery narrative from business case definition through golive and posttransformation optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
3 5 years of experience in handson technical delivery roles with the Regrello platform.
Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts including agent autonomy, task decomposition, tool usage, memory, and human oversight patterns.
Handson experience with Salesforce platforms such as Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows.
Experience working across supply chain, procurement, or finance & accounting processes.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred
Direct experience designing workflows on Regrello, Ivalua, Coupa, or similar intelligent process platforms.
Exposure to LLMbased agent frameworks and their application to enterprise workflow transformation
